TERMS

The term “If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay” means the following:

1. Computer parts cost to much to replace and would be cheaper to purchase a new one, plus you have dropped the computer off at our location

2. You live within the Didcot area and have dropped your PC/Laptop off to us.

3. You live outside Didcot and have paid the call out fee currently £15.

4. Diagnosis does not go over 1 hour.(Apply's to all above)

Chargeable time

Diagnosis states you need a new Hard Drive or other component and you choose not to purchase item from us, this will be charged at the hourly rate, currently £35 for work completed per hour plus standard call out fees if it applies to your area.

Call out fee will apply for all area’s if you opt not to purchase items from us in order to repair you computer, plus the hourly rate as long as we collected you computer

Parts paid for that go faulty will be replaced, unless  you have damaged the goods by connecting faulty equipment, warranty on the goods will be at the manufactures discretion. This is beyond our control and you will have to wait on the out come of there findings on faulty equipment, normally this takes around 5-10 days

EXTRA

Call out fee cancelled on all work done when you purchase goods through us to repair you PC.

GOODS

• The terms of the limited offer includes a fixed price of £70 + Vat for the unblocking of domestic drains only.
• Included in the offer price is a CCTV investigation of the blockage (look and see only)
• This offer only applies between 0800 hrs and 1800 hrs Monday to Friday
• Price is fixed at £70 + Vat and not by the half hour/Hour if work is going to exceed 2 hours charges may apply at the quarterly hour rate of £15 +Vat after the first 2 hours of fixed price of £70 + Vat.
• This offer only applies on own boundary and not shared drainage as this would be charged at normal rate.
• Payment terms will be on completion of work via invoice
